Shipping policy

Print Order Processing Time: This refers to the time it takes for us to receive you order and print / prepare it for shipping. This typically fall in the range of 3-14 business days, depending on how busy we are. 

International Shipping Policy: International Shipping is available for prints and originals. International shipping for original artwork will be estimated by Carrington Moore Studio through inquiry only and will be added to the price of the artwork upon sale. Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country. This is an additional cost to your order for you to expect when the package reaches your country. Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded. Please be aware that international shipping times can be unpredictable and sometimes lengthy. We are unable to process refunds or resend potentially lost orders until packages have been stuck in transit for the timeframe specified by the carrier to file a claim. 

Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork?

I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I ask for credit. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
